[ The video turns on Zane, who is somewhat disheveled, but, to the discerning eye, different than usual. Something too intent and high-strung has been muted, and there is a dangerous hint in his eyes. ]
Cassel is... hurt.

And okay, so he'd told Chris to wait for him but he's never very good at taking his own advice. Or anyone else's. He might have been willing to give the guy the benefit of the doubt, but "because he asked me to" isn't a good reason as far as he's concerned. Only slightly higher than "because I felt like it". It's enough evidence for him, and he's off for Zane's cabin without any more thought.
When he gets there, he at least knocks, even if it's more banging on the door than a more subdued request. When the door opens he'll force his way inside, and if it doesn't he'll force his way in regardless.]

How is he supposed to answer? What is he supposed to say? He doesn't know how to describe the buildup of pressure, the need. The anger at being trapped, and the shreds inside his mind that could, should have been something intact. The Voice.
The attitude he ordinarily takes, and the stress that tolls upon him, makes him appear five, ten years older than he really is. But maybe right now there's a hint of his actual age in the confusion and frustration and unhappiness. ]

[ That's as close to the truth as he can get. ]

[He steps closer, ink now reminiscent of bat wings, of claws in the dark trying to catch, and the voice that growls the demands rises to match. He needs an answer, needs more than "because he asked" and "I don't know"; they're cowardly answers, ones he refuses to accept because they don't explain. He reaches for a wrist, for delicate joints and a means to force a more honest (to his ears, anyway) answer, although at this point it is unlikely to change his ultimate intended course of action.
There has been a transgression. Violence for pointless reasons. He is correcting it.]

[ He's holding back on attacking, yet, because Rorschach hasn't actually done anything to hurt him. He knows that restraint is in his best interests.
He's keeping the ink in his palm, though. ]

[If there's a hand within reach he'll go for it, jerk it up and within range of easy manipulation then latch on and press. If not, he'll tug on the collar, pull him around to get to a better vantage point, press against his ribcage, inhibit his breathing. Something to get him to be a little more loose-lipped.]
