[ The video turns on Zane, who is somewhat disheveled, but, to the discerning eye, different than usual. Something too intent and high-strung has been muted, and there is a dangerous hint in his eyes. ]

Cassel is... hurt.

Someone needs to collect him.

Level 4, Cabin 12.

[ And now Zane is in zero.

He sits alone, arms crossed over his chest, his face hard and blank.

Come and visit! ]

[He rolls to his feet easily, once he's got the tangle of limbs sorted out, and from there it's a matter of lunging towards the other, reaching for a sleeve, an arm, a shoulder, grabbing him around the waist even, anything to trip him up, hold him in place until he can move to get better control over the situation. Because he's not letting him get away, even if it means sacrificing his own well-being. He's here to take him to Zero, and he's firm on that.]

[ He manages to catch Zane's arm, and Zane spins, using the force of that pull to snap a kick into Rorschach's midsection.

He'll continue to fight until Zane has him pinned. And he'll start to feel the thrill of a good fight, too - a savage joy, in it.

Might be short-lived, though, because Rorschach is the superior fighter. Without Zane's metals, at least. ]

[Rorschach is used to being the underdog. Used to being underestimated, used to having to rely on underhanded methods, on using his opponents against themselves, and now is no different. Backed into a corner he only fights harder, snarls and snaps and lashes out with everything he has until finally he finds his in, and then it's all over.

Once he's got a firm grip he'll shove at his captive, doing the equivalent of a sheepdog worrying at the feet of its herd all the way to Zero, and he's never been on this side of the bars before but he knows enough from past experience. He opens the cell and pushes him inside, locking the door behind him.]

Only keeping you in here a few days. Not full week. Use the time to decide why you hurt him. See it doesn't happen again.

[ During the journey, it's possible Rorschach comes into firsthand contact with the tip of the spike, a spark point - sharp enough for clothes to catch on it - protruding from between his shoulderblades. Zane doesn't seem consciously aware of its presence.

Once in the cell, he slams the heel of his hand against the bars and snarls, an animalistic sound that he's surprised to hear come out of his own throat.

The voice would be telling him to kill, right now. Kill, kill, kill. ]

[Rorschach remains unimpressed. He's seen men devolved into animals, and it doesn't lessen his determination any. Actions have consequences. Such is the nature of the world. He scowls at the younger man in distaste then skulks off; there's no point talking to him now anyway.]
