[ Zane keeps to the deck as much as possible. (It doesn't occur to him to use the CES, unless someone points it out.)

He balances on the railing easily, as naturally as if he was standing on solid ground. Darts along it, trying to see the bottom of the endless well of stars, if there is one. Maybe he tosses a coin out into the emptiness and Pushes it down, trying to see if it ever stops.

Otherwise, he'll be on top of the greenhouse, climbing things, staying as high as he can.

When he's belowdecks, he similarly tries to stick to open rooms and high places. Between them, he moves quickly, with the awareness of someone who is ready for attack.

He also steals bits of metal, wherever he can. Cutlery, coins. Whatever he can find. ]

I don't, not really. I know how this place works and that gives me some idea.

[He is serious. He'll jump right after him if he does, but it'll be to catch him and drag him back on board.... if something else doesn't happen first. He really never thought about what would happen if you jumped.]

[He gets up and dusts himself off.]

Oh, you don't want to jump around a city?

There are no cities here.

There's one in a room over there. [He gestures toward some of the buildings on deck.] Dreams never have to be logical.

Prisons don't have cities in them. Neither do boats. And neither does the sky.

[Don't mind him casually walking over to the door that leads off to the CTS. He opens the door. Zane can see for himself.]

[ He drifts a little closer, disbelieving the evidence of his senses. ]

What House are you from?
